Most consumer grade cooling vests use water packs or gel packs which melt quickly and are heavy to wear. They can restrict your movements which is not good when your safety and the lives of others may depend on your ability to move. Frozen ice and gel packs often chill the wearer which can cause vasoconstriction, and Powered Water Cooling Vests add significant weight under already heavy PPE.
Rehab Faster with Immersion Cooling Equipment
While our PhaseCore cooling vests limit the amount of heat stress you experience, prolonged periods of physical activity in extremely warm environments will require you to follow standard rehab procedures such as rest and rehydration.
However, you can greatly cut your rehab time even more by using our Immersion Cooling Equipment (ICE) system which allows up to six people to rapidly bring their body temperatures back to their normal range.
