RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Only PhaseCore Cooling Products may be returned or exchanged; no other products are eligible for return or exchange.
PhaseCore Cooling Products may be returned or exchanged, at the expense of the customer, within 30 days of the date of purchase only if the products are undamaged, in original packaging, and in new condition. In addition, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.
No returns or exchanges will be processed unless First Line Technology has issued a return material authorization (RMA) number, which can be acquired by contacting a First Line Technology customer service representative.
